The best staff ever. Amazing attention to us. The food and prices are perfect. The hotel is getting a bit old and is going to go through renovation next year
Great location stayed for 9 days for business r housekeeping was late even after being told to come earlier next day they came at 10 pm and woke me up
The Breakfast buffet was eh and was still being set up 30 minutes after they let us in
Gym is dinky and no pool
Reception staff all speak fluent English and were very responsive
No shops on property and minimal options for food at hotel
Room service super expensive for what and amount of food
Will not stay here again
So far the Hilton in Jeddah has been the best
Simply the best staff and service. Comfortable rooms and nice amenities.
Oppulently old school decor. They were very helpfull with several non standard requests. Location is a short walk to restraunts and views of the big fountain.
Absolutely amazing stay! Stunning property and views and the service was exemplary. Can’t wait to go back again!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Everything stands out, and then some! The staff are beyond professional, extremely helpful and extremely friendly. It felt like we had a personal hotel. Room size, very generous, spotlessly clean and the bed amongst the best I have ever slept in.
Very clean room with beautiful View. The staff was very professional and caring about our comfort. They acted beyond expectations to make our Anniversary stay at the Ritz very special. I highly recommend staying at Ritz-Carlton Jeddah. Thank you
The staff at this property go out of their was to ensure you have a memorable stay. My only regret is the property only has one restaurant and they do not have swimming pool.
My stay in the King Sea View Room at The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah was exceptional from start to finish. The room itself was spacious, elegant, and immaculately maintained, with a stunning panoramic view of the Red Sea that made both sunrise and evening relaxation unforgettable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the marble bathroom felt luxurious and serene.
The service truly stood out — attentive without being intrusive, professional yet genuinely warm. Every interaction reflected the high standard you expect from The Ritz-Carlton brand. Housekeeping was consistent and detailed, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and refined.
Whether traveling for business or leisure, this room offers a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and breathtaking views. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.
Got an upgrade to the Executive suite which was fantastic! Thank you. As expected, it was very quiet in the hotel due to Ramadhan. The spa facilities are for men only. I understand, however for such a grand hotel it would seem reasonable to have 2 spas for female/male or alternatively different times? Morning / Afternoon for male/female and alternate? No pool or anything else. 2 days was plenty. Rooms, foyers, everything was grand! They set up the smaller club area for all hotel guests breakfast as there was only a small number of guests at the hotel .No other hotel amenities/ entertainment/ classes.
I stayed for one night at the end of a business trip. I was in need of a rest and this hotel was just what I was hoping for. I arrived well before check in time, but was shown to the room right away and was given a room upgrade. The next day, my departing flight was in the evening, and when I asked for a late checkout I was allowed to have the room until 4pm, no questions asked. The staff was outstanding- friendly, helpful, professional and did everything possible to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. This was my first time in Saudi Arabia and I feel I got a sense of the famous Saudi hospitality. As for the hotel itself- it’s palatial! The room, bathroom, facilities, dining experience, etc are everything you would expect from a Ritz Carlton, ie, excellent. But for me, it was the staff that made this hotel special.
