"Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The staff was attentive and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed and there were a lot of convenient stores within walking distance. The shuttle runs every hour on the hour and getting to and from the airport is quite fast. Above all, the price was phenomenal. We were there during Ramadan, but the hotel did make provisions for meals during sunlight hours for those not participating."

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member celebrating my birthday, I was genuinely surprised and delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful panoramic sea-view suite with a balcony. The thoughtful in-room birthday setup — including a lovely cake, fresh fruit, and elegant bed decoration — made the stay feel very personal and special. I truly felt valued and recognized for my loyalty. The suite was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom featuring premium Crabtree & Evelyn amenities. The private beach and leisure facilities create a relaxing resort atmosphere right in West Bay. Breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh, high-quality options with attentive service throughout the restaurant. It was also very special to experience the hotel during Ramadan Kareem. The festive atmosphere and respectful celebration added a beautiful cultural dimension to the stay, making the visit even more meaningful. "

"This hotel was great, staff were friendly and helpful rooms were spacious clean and had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with lovely staff members. Stayed with 3 young children and we didn’t have anything to fault. Balcony has amazing views , pool was excellent especially the children’s pool which was temperature controlled. Would definitely recommend! "
