"This is a wonderful hotel and all of the staff in this complex are exceptional. This was our second stay at this hotel. The rooms were so clean with everything you look for in a good hotel. The breakfast dining room is excellent with a great range to choose from. The staff in the restaurant were so helpful and courteous. Location above the shopping centre is fantastic. "Extremely clean, modern, convenient hotel in an amazing central location, next to metro station & close to a famous mall. Highly recommended! Wonderful leisure facilities, including rooftop pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam, gym etc. Very kind, friendly & helpful reception staff. PS. I initially had a problem with my room being far too cold, with no warm sunshine coming in, but they kindly moved me to a different room & fixed this for me."
