"The hotel caters for big tourist buses and behind the glamourous entrance there is little attention to details and customer care. I found the staff at reception particularly un-polite, breakfast quality rather average and cleanness rather superficial (back of the sink was full of soap and toothpaste marks) . Finally, basic hotels services like indoor poor and gym come at an extra price…but it is not indicated in the booking. Overall, a disappointing experience especially when compared to nearby...

"Wonderful location, close to downtown. We chose one of the ground floor rooms within the walls of the cave, and didnt realise it meant that there would be debris falling on the floor randomly. There is a net over the bed, but be ready for the debris if you choose a cave room."
