"The hotel is beautiful and is truly a cave hotel. Be prepared for rustic accommodations, however. The staff is very helpful, kind, and available 24 x 7. This place, however, is not for the physically challenged. There are many steep steps and you must have good knees and stamina if you are above the first floor. We even had 2 tall steps in the room for which we had to be very careful. All places in Cappadocia are full of steps, so expect the same of the hotels. It’s all about the experience, "

"I loved Terra Cave Hotel - the decor was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff and managers were always helpful and accommodating - and even when we had an early flight they packed us a take away breakfast. The breakfast spread here is the best I’ve ever seen, honestly, and it was something I looked forward to everyday. I absolutely will stay here again when I come back to Cappodocia. I recommend them to all."

"First off, when we got the room there were cats sleeping the bed. Second, the bathroom was stinky. Thought it was one room. But there are other rooms friends stayed was badly stinky. And not all rooms are real caves. Some are completely new construction. I would not recommend this at all mainly because of rooms being badly stinky. "
