"First experience on check in was rough (not welcoming) then a second woman saved the day and was very helpful. Was disappointed that the published check in time was not accurate and we had to delay until three (changing our plans). The value and location were great. The room was a bit beat up (had to slam the door to get it to shut) and couldn’t get the tv to work. "

The location couldn’t have been better – just steps away from plenty of great restaurants, bars, and nightlife, which made it easy to enjoy the city without worrying about long commutes or rideshares. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself felt calm and comfortable, giving me the best of both worlds. The room was clean, modern, and well-kept, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. I especially appreciated how easy check-in and check-out were – smooth and stress-free. "Ideal for a stop over"

"Lovely location by the lake with eateries nearby, the receptionist was most pleasant, spoke good English when informing us of the area and facilities. Our motorcycle was parked in an area for bikes off the main car park, not a secure area but not as public as it could be. Breakfast was very good, setting us up for the day. Accommodation was lovely and if asked, would we stay again, answer would be a YES"

"Clean room, comfortable bed and nice property. Easy parking on site then walk to town centre ( just a corner away). If you want to go to the lake you’ll need a car or walk 40 minutes which we didn’t mind. Breakfast was pretty decent "

"We had a wonderful couple of nights at Les Suites Du Lac. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The location great and the view from the hotel is simply amazing. We really enjoyed the pool. We will definitely return to this hotel again. Thanks for a lovely stay. "

"Pleasant option in Aix les Bains. It is a bit of a distance from the SNCF station but there are busses. Breakfast was good and had good selections. The pool/spa are a bit more basic than one might believe from the description but were acceptable."
