A beautiful, fully renovated 4-room apartment, very bright, with a floor area of 76 m² plus a 10 m² terrace featuring large picture windows, located on the 1st floor with an unobstructed view.
Features an entryway, a modern, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction cooktop, espresso machine, electric kettle, range hood, dishwasher), open to the living room with a 2-person sofa bed (fiber-optic internet, Wi-Fi, TV). Offers a very spacious living area thanks to a 30-square-meter open-concept layout. Separate toilet, bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms (11 square metres each) with double beds, and 1 bedroom (9 square metres) with a double sofa bed.
This apartment is equipped with a clothesline, vacuum cleaner, fan, hangers, cutlery, and dishes. Private parking in the residence with a remote control + numerous free parking spots right outside the residence. Located in the Val de l’Arc area, with many shops nearby (pharmacy, supermarket, bakeries, petrol stations, tobacco shop), numerous bus routes to the city centre, easy access to the highway, and a 15-minute walk from the city centre.
You can enjoy the great outdoors at three parks, all within a 10-minute walk.
Aix-en-Provence: tourist information

Rates:
- From July 2, 2022, to July 30, 2022: €1,090 per week
- From July 30, 2022, to August 27, 2022: €1,390 per week
Discount for long-term stays:
- 5% for a stay of 2 consecutive weeks
- 8% for a stay of 3 consecutive weeks
- 10% for a stay of 4 consecutive weeks
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the balance is due 15 days before the arrival date.
Check-in time: 12:00 PM–3:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM–11:00 AM
A security deposit check for €800 will also be required, along with two forms of identification.
A €80 cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is not cleaned properly at the end of your stay.
Additional notes:
Shower gel and shampoo will be provided.
Sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, and towels are also provided and changed between each rental.
You’ll find the necessary bedding on your bed.
When you leave, if you could remove the sheets, fitted sheets, and pillowcases, it would save me some time :)
Also, please take out your trash before you leave; the trash room is located outside the building on the right, before the garages.
I’d also ask that you leave the apartment as clean and tidy as possible when you check out (no dishes left in the sink or dishwasher).
