"Great spot close to the train station (which was my main priority), staff was overly friendly and it was an easy 10 min walk into the main tourist part of the city. The only thing I didn’t love was the area around the hotel seemed a bit unsafe for a solo female traveler and at 6:30 am every morning there’s very loud city workers power washing the steps directly outside your window. It’s not something the hotel can fix but it’s a very unwelcome alarm clock. "

"A very clean, updated room/suite right in the middle of everything in Aix! Dozens of cafés and restaurants right around the hotel. And the staff was super: friendly, efficient, and helpful with our limited French! A special thanks to Florent at the front desk, who was great. 😊 "

"Amazing stay! The staff was amazing and the location was perfect. We only stayed one night and this location right on Cours Mirabeau was a great way to go! We also did a 45 minute massage in the spa which was amazing!!"

"I didn't knew there was balcony room ! I'll ask for next time. Either I didn't take breakfast, so I can't say. But it was very quiet (even close to the elevator). I must say that each day, there was a very friendly welcome once a the desk. Good place too."
