Hotel staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests during our stay. Special thanks to Catherine, the Guest Relations Manager for responding to our complaints and upgraded our room. Also special thanks to Cedric, the restaurant manager for responding our breakfast request to my favorite Nespresso coffee flavor. Overall, we had a wonderful stay of 5 days. Not quite 5 star for amenities, but the friendly hotel services more than made up for the 5 star, especially the front desk staff, valet parking, concierge, restaurant, and housekeeping. Will recommend!

Our only critiques were that the bed was really uncomfortable (could feel the springs) and that the AC doesn’t run in the winter months. The rooms get really warm, and with no way to cool them back down (opening a window offered little relief), it made sleeping really difficult.

This is a very nice property close to old town Aix. It’s very walkable with lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The staff are wonderful and the indoor pool was a big plus for our children. My only complaint is that the family room is rather small for a family of four and next time I would investigate suite options.
