"This is a wonderful resort. The staff are friendly and efficient. Food is excellent and there is something for everyone to eat. Entertainment staff are fun and activities are well attended. Our room was clean and spacious. Bedding was clean and linens were soft and comfortable. Pillows are quite thick, so if you like a really thin pillow this might be something to see if you can request. Areas around the resort are well maintained and it was nice to be at a resort where the pool towels were plush. It was also easy to book and take the shuttle into Marrakesh’s Medina. We felt safe at this resort and would happily visit again. "

Sarah was amazing and helped us check in at 12:00 when our check in was supposed to be at 15:00. All facilities were amazing including pools , rooms and breakfast buffet .
