"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). "また泊まりたい宿です。 清潔さ→お部屋など申し分なかったのですが1箇所、大浴場のお手洗いが行き届いていなかったのが残念でした。トイレタンク上の手洗いの黒ずみです。 対応→少しだけ冷たい態度の方がいらっしゃいましたが、夕食の際の女性スタッフの方は、最高でした！ 翌朝、男性の露天風呂のお湯が抜けていたそうです。女性は大丈夫だったです。お湯が良かっただけに残念がっていました。 食事はどれもとても美味しかったです。特に朝食の釜で炊き上げられたご飯はそれだけでもまた再訪したいと思えるくらい絶品でした。 色々言ってしまいましたが、再訪したい気持ちに変わりありません！ ありがとうございました。"

"脚の弱い母には階段やキツイ傾斜のある通路が大変でしたがそれ以上に施設の雰囲気や美味しい食事には大満足でした。ロビーのサッカーゲームには社会人になった子供たちが久々の兄妹対決で火花を散らしていました！笑 あいにくの雨で景色は満点とはいかなかったけれど小鳥のさえずりや初秋を思わせる虫の鳴き声に心も癒されました。"

"All the hotel staff were friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. The shuttle bus running between the hotel and the central station every 30 minutes was extremely convenient for getting around town. The public bath was also great for unwinding after a long day of travel. If I had to suggest one minor addition, it would be wonderful to have toothbrushes provided in the public bath amenities."
