"I upgraded my room when I got there. The room had some wear and tear in it prior to my arrival but it was minimal. Pool facilities regarding the hot tub could be cleaned better so that no grime would show but the PH and acidity levels of the pool were normal and felt great. I liked that the hotel is within walking distance to the subway station and the staff was great! Their breakfast buffet was Snoopy themed! "

"Hotel was located about 15 minutes from the subway station/JR lines in a quiet neighborhood. Property and rooms were on the newer side. Stayed in the residence twin room which had a washing machine/dryer in the room which was very convenient. Hotel had a shuttle to/from the JR station every :30 on the weekends throughout the day. But shuttle on weekdays only available 7:00am - 11:00am. Overall great experience and would stay again. "

Toilet is split into dry sink toilet bowl area and inner shower area, which within has a sit-down shower area and bathtub. I love that you can see the live status of the laundry from the TV homescreen. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, choose either Jap or Western main set."
