"The beds were absolutely terrible they both sagged in several lications and the pillows were like rocks! None of us slept a wink! Worst part is, it was Mothers day! Never again!! "

"We stayed on the 4th floor. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast had lots to choose from. Free waters and snacks for Hilton honors members was much appreciated. All in all the stay was most relaxing and stress free. All the staff was really friendly. Plenty off "free" parking."

"The breakfast provided was the usual: prepackaged bread choices, fresh fruit, instant oatmeal, cereal and yogurt. There was coffee, juice andmilk as well."

"Understaffed and unprepared for arriving guest. Tried to check in early at 3:50. Was told by front desk that check in was not until 4 and to come back after 4. Came back at 4:05, and was told the room well be ready in 15 minutes. Came back at 4:35, and the room was still not ready, was told to wait a few more minutes. At 5 I was getting tired of the run around. Finally got our room at 5:10 with no apologie or comp for our time. Could have paid less somewhere else for that kind of service. Never staying at the Marriott again. "

"Microwave and open fridge were very convenient. AC was noisy though, sounded like a plane was taking off. It was pretty clean. Free continental breakfast and lobby has things you may need/want. Would stay here again"

"Room was not cleaned sewer curtain dirty, shower did not drain, previous guest food was left in fridge. Shampoo bottle was almost empty I washed my hair nothing left for my husband and hair conditioner was empty. Extremely disappointed. "

"The room was clean and the Staff were kind and helpful. We loved the free hotel shuttle service to Universal Studios and City walk. Kids loved the pool and Adults loves the pool side Bar and hot tub."
