The house is located in the center of the old town of Agios Nikolaos.everything is there 5 to 10 minutes by foot. Beaches, Museum, Central Market, the open-air Market that takes place every Wednesday.. Restaurants, Cafes and, of course, the mythical Lake of Agios Nikolaos.
You can also explore Elounda and Spinalogka.
