"Facilities were adequate . Rooms small with no tea/coffee equipment. Noisy rooms either from traffic or hotel guests . Breakfast choice was limited. Worst of all there is NO SPA and there has not been one for a long while !! Not a four star standard hotel !! "

"We throughly enjoyed our stay and communication with the host. Kitchen had enough equipment to get by. Would have like liked a kettle @ large mugs only. The apartment is great for families and convenience for getting around. "

"I was really disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, which made it uncomfortably hot throughout my visit. I reported the issue multiple times to the staff, but unfortunately nothing was done and I didn’t feel supported at all. On top of that, the food quality didn’t meet my expectations either. Overall, the experience fell short, and I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and improves both their service and facilities."
