"An absolute dream anniversary and bday trip ! Michelle was so helpful and courteous as were all the staff . We were upgraded and what a view ! We wanted stay on our balcony all day. The room was super clean, fresh, and well appointed . Complimentary waters in the fridge were very appreciated . Breakfast is brought to you in the morning . It’s a perfect platter . Coffee was great , baked goods were delicious and fruit was fresh and delicious . It was a great start to our morning . Beds were very comfortable and hot tub on the 4th floor has the most beautiful views . Wish they had 2 . Thank you Monterey Bay Inn. This was our second stay , and hope to return soon . "
