"Shuttle was great.... Would have preferred breakfast included... Staff was sooo helpful. Only neg was the sliding bathroom door in 334 was so hard to slide. Kids couldn't shut it on there own. "

"The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast bar was amazing. Walking distance to the Allstate Arena and lots of restaurants was so convenient. Will definitely be staying at this location again when in town for concerts!"

"They are very friendly and the rooms look very new & updated. Super clean! Bed was really comfortable & I have fibromyalgia so that says a lot! The restaurant food looked good on paper but they’re charging 5 star prices so I didn’t try anything there. $21 for avocado toast & $15 for oatmeal is pretty extreme! There are a lot of really good places to eat around the hotel. Stan’s donuts is Mmmm chef’s kiss! Parking at the hotel was a bit of a sticker shock at $30 a night! Wow! Other than that… the planes going over all day & night is a bit of a nuisance. Make sure you play some white noise or something through the Bluetooth! "

"Front desk staff had attitude , didn’t correctly state the parking procedures and policies. Said they would refund the parking charge … I ended up getting charged anyway. Zero room service options for families with small kids. Room was out dated and did not look like the picture I paid $215 . I would not reccomend to anyone coming in town. "
