"Rooms are spacious and beautiful very clean. Showers are excellent. Lots of charms. Thanks for the coffee, tea, and snacks- they came in handy. Wish there was some sort of food onsite or drinks too. Maybe offer done board games or cards to entertain Would return!!"

"As for the general ambiance of the Hotel, it was great BUT, in terms of NOISE it was very disappointing : surrounding noise, people shouting in corridors starting 7:00 AM . The overall issue was the location of the room we were given : aside/in-front of elevators, beside the main backdoor entrance, near vending & Ice machines ! Its not the 1st time we experience this issue but it always happen when we book through Expedia !?! So, If you can afford an extra amount of $, I advise you to book directly on the Hotel Website …"

"Breakfast was good, the pool and the hot tub also good, my only complain was the bed, the mattress is way too soft that you sink in it."

"The bedding and bathroom were fine. Both the chair and hassock in the room were mended with duct tape as well as the carpet outside the elevator on the 3rd floor. When I woke early to wanted to use the Internet the WiFi was terribly slow. The solution was to have someone reset the router ..... well, I just dealt with it until the morning (8am) when someone must have done that because WiFi was much faster for the balance of our stay."

"Room was clean and beds made everyday. Always plenty of towels in the room. Robes were great and slippers for spa was a plus. My kids were so excited they had cookies waiting for them."
