One of the bedrooms has been converted from a dining room and has a partition across the arched doorway.
We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
We allow cats and/or dogs only. Per the listing, an extra damage deposit of $250 per pet applies and only pets up to 10kg are allowed inside. Any pets over 10kg must be kept outside. Pets must stay downstairs (make use of gates on stairs) and sheet(s) provided must remain on couch(es) for protection.
To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds.

Stayed there for almost a week with big family
It was great location and Phil was amazing host

Pleasant stay
Overall the house was comfortable and well big enough for our group of people of 11. The beds were comfortable. There was a lot of dust on the outside cushions were quite dirty as was the outside glass table which had to be cleaned to sit outside. The dishwasher was not working and when I communicated to the host when this may be fixed as it was a necessity for our group I did not receive any answers. Finally there was a glass tile in the shower which was broken and very sharp posing a danger to our childlren, we had to make a make shift protective barrier to avoid them potentially hurting themselves.
The bathroom floor was dirty, the courtyard had rubbish in it, 3 bedroom lamps weren’t working, a door on a kitchen cupboard was broken, there was nowhere to hang a towel after use and there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for all guests in the main lounge room. But we loved how many bedrooms there were and the beds were super comfortable. The location was also great.
