Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.

Great location and view

Fabulous location. Brilliant view across the city and down to the coast. Right on the back of the CBD. Handy to all city centre highlights. Management company a little clumsy in their communication. Recommend to take photos on of unit on checkout as we were accused of minor breakage that we didn’t do.

Dirty g-string left under children’s bed

Dirty g-string left under children’s bed, and socks left under main bed. Dirty cleaning rag left on entrance hallway cabinet, stains on sheets. Dusty skirtings and walls, dirty looking cover for couch looks like it needs a wash. Overall very unclean and will be requesting a partial refund as this property is not worth the asking rate per night and the cleaning fee should be fully refunded!
