Positioned right on the waterfront, this stylish retreat captures uninterrupted lake views over West Lakes, where a refined coastal aesthetic creates a calm, light-filled atmosphere. The living room is styled for easy living, with plush seating, a TV and curated artwork adding a polished coastal touch. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed, with modern appliances and ample bench space, flowing into a dining area filled with soft natural light and an easy connection to the outdoors.

Step outside to the expansive deck, where multiple zones invite you to unwind, dine and entertain against a stunning waterfront backdrop. An undercover dining table for six and BBQ set the scene for shared meals, while bar seating for four is perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. A double hanging egg chair adds a laid-back touch, with a heat strip and outdoor gas heater ensuring comfort on cooler evenings. From here, step down directly to the lakeside path for a scenic stroll. Beyond, the backyard offers additional seating across the lawn for casual gatherings or quiet time in the sun.

Each bedroom continues the home’s calming coastal feel, offering a thoughtful mix of bedding configurations with three queen beds and two double beds. One bedroom includes a dedicated workspace, ideal for those balancing work and travel. The primary bedroom offers added privacy with its own ensuite, while the main bathroom includes a bathtub, shower and separate toilet, making daily routines easy and convenient.

Additional features include a full laundry with a washer and dryer, air conditioning in each bedroom and the dining area, and on-site parking for two vehicles in the driveway with additional free street parking. Recreational equipment is also available, including two child kayaks, three life jackets (S/M/L sizes), a crab net and a headlamp for crabbing. Please note that use of the recreational equipment is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
