This is our 2nd stay at Marcus’ rental unit at Fern Ave . We felt so much at home with all the facilities that come along with it. Highly recommended for those visiting Adelaide and requiring temporary accommodation.

This is in a quiet neighborhood, with easy bus service to the Central Business District. Very clean, very well stocked, well equipped including dish washer, clothes washer and dryer. All the kitchen tools you need, more spices than in any rental we have used and the kitchen knives were sharp! The host was very responsive and we had xn excellent 9 nights.Thanks again!

My friend and I stayed here for six weeks, and everything was perfect! Marcus was an amazing host, every little problem we had was fixed the same day! We loved our stay. Just like staying at home. Comfy and welcoming. The host provided a welcome basket that meant we didn’t have to race to the shops after arriving late Friday night. And a very generous welcome basket it was. Such touches are rare and much appreciated. A quiet street, no noise, a bus up the road if PT is required. Thanks, it was great and highly recommended.

Home from Home in ideal location.

This is a very well equipped and comfortable property in a lovely suburb with easy access to the centre of Adelaide. Marcus is very kind and helpful, and we could not have done better.
