A bus stop out the front of the home and the beautiful walking trail of Linear Park with an amazing children's playground a 2-minute walk. Harbour Town DFO (direct factory outlets) is a quick 5-minute drive. There is also a convenient shopping centre directly across the road where you have a supermarket, Scootz cafe, chicken takeaway, pizza shop, chemist, doctor to name a few.
