The cosy and well-furnished apartment “Flamboyán” with views onto the sea is situated in the municipality of Adeje, in the southwest of Tenerife, and is only a short drive from the beach. The 64 m² apartment consists of a living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom (with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The spacious private outdoor area boasts a garden and an open/covered terrace with views onto the sea, which invites you to have coffee in the morning or to spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty barbecued dinners. The communal outdoor area offers a pool and deck chairs. A pharmacy is only 200 m away, and a supermarket, cafés and restaurants are all within a 3-minute drive. The closest sandy beach, Playa Abama, can be reached within a 17-minute drive (11 km) to San Juan. There you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the nice panorama of the bay. A golf course lies an 8-minute drive (4 km) away, the popular Siam amusement park can be visited after a 12-minute drive (13 km), and the scenic area also offers many routes for hiking or cycling. Within a one-hour drive (54 km), you will be able to reach the volcano “Pico del Teide”, and Tenerife South Airport is located a 25-minute drive (28 km) from the apartment.

Fantastic: Just One Complaint

If you want convenient access to everything without being in the heart of tourists or busy traffic, this is the slice of peaceful paradise for you on Tenerife. The convenience of a pool, onsite parking, a beautiful sunset from the back door, and the peace of being off the main roads was exactly what we wanted. This would have been a 5 star review were it not for the cigarette smell. I may have missed that in the listing, but we did not enjoy that at all. I’m still so glad we stayed here though. It was excellent.

Good Accommodation away from the Crowds

This is a really good apartment inland from the coast, near enough that you can reach tourist spots in about 10 mins by car but far enough away that it’s quiet and relaxing. The check in was coordinated well via WhatsApp and everything was straightforward. There were a couple of teething problems, no power which was sorted quickly and no internet which took a day to get sorted by the agency after a couple of messages. The swimming is a short walk from the apartment and looked good, although we didn’t jump in!Everything was spotless clean and the apartment had everything we needed. Our only minor issue is that it would be good to have an information pack with details of the usual helpful thing like good restaurants, where local doctors are and where to take rubbish and recycling.

Great apartment, beautiful garden with ocean view!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for peace, privacy, and stunning views! The apartment was clean and very spacious, both indoors and outdoors. The garden, with its beautiful ocean view and swaying palm trees, was absolutely breathtaking—a perfect place to relax.We felt truly welcomed from the start. Mariana is a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always just a message away. She replied to our questions on WhatsApp within minutes.The pool is nice and very private—we were the only ones using it during our stay. It's about a 150-meter walk from the apartment, and while we didn’t use it too often (the cozy garden and nearby beaches kept us busy), it was a great spot to cool off.The location is ideal—just 5 to 10 minutes from Adeje and several beautiful beaches. There’s even a great gas grill available, which we really appreciated.Thank very much for everything, Mariana! :)

Muy bien, pero...

Pros: Lo que más me gusto fue su ubicación y el jardín. Estábamos cerca de todo pero la paz que había era tremenda, si quieres escuchar los pajaritos durante todo el día este es tu sitio. Cons: Lo que no me gustó fue que los cubiertos no estaban muy limpios, tuvimos que darles un fregado y tampoco había basura ni rollos de papel, tuvimos que comprarlos, los dejamos ahí para el siguiente que venga.

Schöne, ruhige Unterkunft

Pros: Großzüger Wohn-/Essbereich, ordentliche Ausstattung, geräumiges Schlafzimmer, Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick - insbesondere am Abend wenn die Sonne am Horizont untergeht. Sehr ruhige Lage. Es war alles vorhanden, jedoch haben wir die Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine nicht benutzt. Cons: Wir sind davon ausgegangen - auf Grund der Fotos - dass sich der Pool unmittelbar am Haus befindet, dem war nicht so. Man musste einen kleinen Weg zurücklegen um dorthin zu kommen. Den Pool haben wir daher nicht benutzt. Wir sind mit allem zurecht gekommen, jedoch wäre es hilfreich, wenn es in der Wohnung eine Art Anleitung/Beschreibung gäbe, z. B. wie die ganze Organisation abläuft und auch wie die Geräte bedient werden müssen.

Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen

Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Pool befindet sich auf der anderen Seite des Weges und man kann auch ein paar Schwimmzüge machen und auf 4 Liegen relaxen. Die Lage ist optimal um schnell den Westen, Nordwesten und Südwesten der Insel zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft kann ich bei diesem Preis immer wieder empfehlen.

Toller Blick aufs Meer

Pros: Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht im Urlaub. Adeje ist ein netter und ruhiger Ort zum Wohnen. Die Menschen dort sind super nett. Cons: Es wäre schön gewesen, wir hätten vorab gewusst, dass nach der Hälfte des Urlaubs jemand kommt zum Reinigen, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wechselt, dass es einen Fön gibt. Diese wichtigen Infos fehlen leider in der Beschreibung. Oberflächig war alles sauber, wenn man genauer geguckt hat, wäre da noch Handlungsbedarf.
