  • This well appointed town house is situated in the residential area of callao salvaje, Costa Adeje.
    Not only does the area give you a peaceful holiday retreat, it's also just minutes away from beaches, golf courses, spas, 5 star hotels with mitchelin star restaurants.
    The property itself is based on a residential complex built in 2004, with excellent amenities including tennis court, heated pool, kids play area excellent television channels.
    The property has been recently refurbished august 2017, which boasts 3 bedrooms, one ensuite with jacuzzi bath.
    Attention to detail in all rooms to provide the best experience for all clients.
    A relaxing lounge area with 49 inch flatscreen smart tv, wifi internet for all clients, a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and washing machine making it a relaxing place to stay.
    On the terrace we boast a private pool and sun beds with chill out area, with sea views from all areas of the townhouse.
    The townhouse also provides a private garage with space for 2 cars, giving the exploring type a great base to travel around the beautiful island of tenerife or islands of the Canaries.

Property is great, loads of space inside and out so plenty of room to relax. Kitchen has everything you need, big fridge for all your cool food and drinks, separate freezer is huge so win/win there! Pool is fantastic! not huge but good depth all over ( 2adults with 2 older teens loved it). 4 great sunbeds and big parasol next to pool for sunbathing etc. Outside dining for 6 in shade by lounge patio and kitchen doors. TV satellite service is no longer available in Tenerife so aerial sevice is mainly Spanish, but owner Stuart very kindly sorted an alternative for us. 15 minutes walk to shops and bars, restaurants at Callao town or Rosa center, cheap taxi back if you had loads of shopping. Many thanks to Stuart and Ben and family for a great 14 days in the fantastic Casa Mariben, Ken,Mandy, Maria & David W
