  • The Villa Roque del Conde 3 is one of the holiday homes of the highest class from a prime location above the Costa Adeje and not least by its exclusive features. It takes only 5 minutes to the beach. On the ground floor there is a living room with open kitchen and separate dining area. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower. One bedroom has a balcony and has a wonderful sea view over the Atlantic to the neighboring island of La Gomera. The lounge has a flat screen TV with international satellite channels. Wifi for Internet access is available for free (fast fiber optic Internet). The living room has a sofa bed and offers a comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 more people.
    In the living room there is a small stereo and a DVD player.

    The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge-freezer.

    There is a large pool area with sun loungers (Community Pool) which can be used free of charge. On the terrace there is a barbecue available and comfortable seating and 2 sun loungers so that you can spend beautiful barbecue evenings there.
    You can park your car in the private garage, which is located in the basement of the house. There is also a washing machine.
