Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the private terrace. Additionally, guests are welcome to use the communal pool and other shared amenities within the complex. Enjoy unrestricted access to make your stay enjoyable.

It is important to note that Aqua Vista Tenerife has a maximum occupancy limit. In the event that additional guests arrive without prior notification, we reserve the right to remove the entire group from the accommodation.

Important: Tenerife’s tropical and humid climate means that insects such as cockroaches may occasionally be present inside the property, even in clean and well-maintained properties. This is normal for the island and is not considered a cleanliness or maintenance issue. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this as part of the local environment.

Self-Catering Stay: Please note that this is a holiday rental, not a hotel. Our team is available Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and for genuine emergencies outside these hours.

Check-In: Between 16:00 - 22.00 hours. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. Late arrivals incur an extra charge.

Arrivals 10:00 PM–12:00 AM → +€20

Arrivals 12:00–02:00 → +€40

Online Pre-Check-In: To ensure a smooth arrival, please complete the online check-in (by uploading your ID details) before you travel. Keys can only be handed over once this step is complete.

What’s Included: Fresh bed linens, 1 large towel per guest, 1 small towel per bathroom, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and dish soap.

What to Bring: Personal toiletries, cleaning supplies, or extra consumables.
