Before or upon arrival at Aqua Vista Tenerife, each guest is required to fill out a form with their contact information. Rest assured, we uphold strict standards of privacy and security in accordance with hospitality industry regulations.

It is important to note that Aqua Vista Tenerife has a maximum occupancy limit. In the event that additional guests arrive without prior notification, we reserve the right to remove the entire group from the accommodation.

Important: Tenerife’s tropical and humid climate means that insects such as cockroaches may occasionally be present inside the property, even in clean and well-maintained properties. This is normal for the island and is not considered a cleanliness or maintenance issue. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this as part of the local environment.

Self-Catering Stay: Please note that this is a holiday rental property located within a residential complex, not a hotel.

Check-In: Between 16:00 - 22.00 hours. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. Late arrivals incur an extra charge.

Arrivals 10:00 PM–12:00 AM → +€20

Arrivals 12:00–02:00 → +€40

Online Pre-Check-In: To ensure a smooth arrival, please complete the online check-in (by uploading your ID details) before you travel. Keys can only be handed over once this step is complete.

The apartment is located on a hillside and requires climbing some stairs to reach it. Nothing too steep,
but worth knowing in advance.

For everyone’s peace of mind, there are two small, inactive security cameras
indoors (turned off during guest stays).


What’s Included: Fresh bed linens, 1 large towel per guest, 1 small towel per bathroom, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and dish soap.

What to Bring: Personal toiletries, cleaning supplies, or extra consumables.

Some optional extras (such as baby equipment, additional towels, or late check-out) are
available for a small fee. We’ll always let you know clearly in advance so there are no
surprises.
