We liked it, good values for the money

Staff was great, food was good for price paid. Location great, Hótel need update, but all was very good for not expensive stay. Clean and quiet, we would go again, we had great room, with 1 balconies facing the sun all day.

Friendly helpful staff!

Travelled with husband and father and we all had a lovely stay. Really impressed with variety of choices at each mealtime and staff were superb. Special mention for the young lady who organised entertainment. Her enthusiasm and energy were amazing.

Went here with friends. Staff were so friendly. Location was perfect. Restaurant was small, we didnt expect much but we were surprised! Food was beautiful

Nice winter sun holiday.

Nice holiday, hotel is in a good location to access the beach front and shops. Room was a bit tired but cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. Food you can get by for breakfast and Lunch but we went out for evening meals. In general we had a nice relaxing break.

Thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel exceeded our expectations, for the price we paid I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything else. The hotel staff were always friendly and happy to help. The all inclusive package was more than fair, the the food was always good quality and relatively varied. We ventured out in the evenings for drinks, but never ate out due to the quality of food within the hotel.

room was comfortable but dated, cracks in tiles and paint work and no Outlook on the balcony, so however it was cleaned daily, so I food was lovely and had a good fresh choice daily, and pools were lovely and the staff were fab. I all in all we would most certainly return.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this hotel, the staff on reception were really helpful, food was great and the apartment was really spacious and clean. The pools were lovely as well and plenty of sun loungers. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The entertainment was a nice added extra and we especially enjoyed the flamenco! Only thing I would say is that the soap dispensers in the bathroom sink and in the shower were empty, I bought a bar of soap but these really should be filled.

We loved our stay here and it worked really well for all ages. The site is pretty in a great location with delicious food and really friendly happy staff - both with guests and one another which is nice to see! Our apartment could have done with a bit of updating, but was so super clean and incredibly spacious with a fantastic rooftop terrace (as well as one off the living area) that we didn't give it a second thought! We would actively choose to return.

The location is absolutely excellent, the food was really good, of course, in buffet meals, quantity sometimes replaces quality. The staff is absolutely wonderful, e.g. the faulty air conditioning was fixed immediately. A spacious apartment, its own roof terrace is absolutely luxurious. Nice activities for children too.

Can’t fault it for the price you pay. Everything is cleaned regularly. Room was huge and serviced every other day. Plenty of choice for food for all meals. Some areas/ room slightly dated but cleaners seem to work 24/7 so could not fault the cleanliness at all. Would have been good to have pint glasses instead of half

Worth the money

Resort definitely need renovation at some point, so if You are looking all the unfixed table corners or painting that is falling off, this is not your place. Out of that topic we didn't have any complainment. Staff was friendly, buffet was ok (vs. the price of the staying), and pool areas were good. Largest pool was heated in decent level, other pool areas were a bit more refreshing. Location at top of Fanabe beach was good.

It does what it says on the tin!

Firstly, for the money this was very good. The food was plentiful, albeit a strange selection laid out in a random fashion. The service was excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is ‘a bit worn out’ although there are signs of refurbishment happening around you. If you are looking for table service with a vast menu open to you and every drink and snack you desire, when you desire it then you will be disappointment…but you also shouldn’t expect it for the money. You get three meals a day, self service buffet style. We eat out a lot just because of where we were at the time (out and about). Would we stay there again? Probably not. There were too many kids running around screaming…and our three kids are grown up so we are looking for something a little more luxury and more adult only. However, that is no reflection on the resort.

let's start with the positives. The apartment was a great size, nicely set out and clean. There was a fridge which was an added bonus too. The staff were fantastic, any questions they were very helpful and assisted above and beyond the reception ladies were brilliant. The cleaners thorough and pleasant. The hotel area was aesthetically pleasing, lots of plants and trees and again the areas were clean. Close to the beach, shops and also a bus stop right outside too. The location is quieter away from the main madness too, which we prefer. private roof balconys are awesome too The main negative for us was the food. To be honest it was poor, not great quality and a very limited selection. The drink availability and bars were poor and the snack bar we looked at and turned away. Tried the food a couple of times both lunch and dinner but it just wasn't great. Now a few little points worth noting for any review readers looking to see if this is the right place for them and not what I'd mark down against the hotel at all. The pools are blooming freezing, not heated. Even in 30 degree heat outside it was just too cold for us personally. The rooms while light and airy do need modernising a little. Being a hotel they obviously take a bit of a beating but tatty doors and frames, kitchen units ect are present. If that bothers you then it's a point to note, once again our perspective it didn't really bother us, it was clean and functional and for what we paid tatty edges made no odds.
