The staff were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The only criticism, if any, were the parrots screeching in the building opposite my apartment. Again it wasnt a problem to me.

Great value and service

We had a great 7day stay at Hovima Panorama. The service from the personel was exceptionel. Rooms were modern and clean. Pool area was well kept and clean. The restaurant staff was very service minded and helpful with my food allergy(Gluten). If I shall say something negativ it should be that the rooms are not sound isolated. You hear the nereby trafic. In the building next door parrots are being held at the roof. You hear them as well. Which can affect your sleep.

Veldig godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Hyggelig betjening og bra renhold. Må regne med kamp om solsengene ved bassenget da flere er tidlig oppe og står i kø for å sikre seg plass når området åpnes kl 0850. Virket som det var flere folk enn senger. God frokost og ok buffet til middag. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely clean and relaxing pool area. Requested a pool view which we were fortunate to get. Also, as we stayed half board, enjoyed the choice to swap evening meal for lunchtime meal. Would recommend to friends and family.

Nice and quiet. Staff very good and friendly. Lunchtime food good, evening food poor. Biggest complaint is about pool area. People leaving towels on sunbeds for anything up to 6 hours some days. People coming to the pool and not being able to get a sunbed because of this. The management need to enforce the rules that they have on the notice boards all around the pool.

Easy access to the beach, near to cafes, but no problem with noise from bars. Nice breakfast and pool. Very clean. However the neighbouring building has a lot of parrot aviaries on the roof - and they squawk incredibly loudly! Try to get a room on the far side of the hotel from the parrots!

la posizione è ottimale a 5o metri dalla passaggiata sul mare.A cena noi andavamo sempre verso le 20 cosi non dovevamo fare la coda al self service, il cibo discreto verdure crude sempre fresche,verdure cotte assenti,la pasta un po' scotta ma sicuramente non si và aTenerife per mangiare il primo piatto . I secondi a base di carne o pollo buoni ,in 9 giorni hanno fatto il barbecu di carne la prima volta con carne tenerissimala seconda volta un pò più dura ,il pesce sempre fatto al forno cosi così . hanno fatto una sera sogliole alla mugnaia buonissime . la camera con divano ad angolo enorme , materassi comodi .la pulizia su 9 gioni è stata fatto solo 6 giorni fatta bene , tranne per i sanitari non eccezzionale. ci tornerò ancora. simpatiche le cameriere di sala, anche se non ci capivamo molto..

Au calme, endroit apaisant, agréable. Personnel très aimable, à l'écoute et chaleureux comme beaucoup des habitants de Ténérife. Хорошее расположение отеля. В 5 минутах ходьбы 2 пляжа - если повернуть направо, выйдя из отеля, в сторону океана, далее пройти вдоль набережной в ту или другую сторону. Ближайшая Меркадона также в 5 минутах ходьбы, из отеля налево за перекрёстком. При отеле есть бесплатная парковка, что очень удобно, если вы планируете брать на прокат машину. Неплохие завтраки и ужины, при необходимости ужин можно разово обменять на обед. На территории отеля (у бассейна, на ресепшн, в ресторане) достаточно устойчивый Wi-Fi. По уборке так и не поняли. То убирали стабильно каждый день, то могли пропустить 1-2 дня. Сейф в номере платный, пляжное полотенце можно взять на ресепшн под залог в 15€.

La mia esperienza è stata positiva a metà perché sono rimasta delusa dalla camera che era un sotterraneo la pulizia non il massimo !!il resto abbastanza buono sia mangiare che personale molto gentile e disponibile ..la piscina bellissima ma acqua fredda e a Natale non è piacevole immergersi in acqua fredda..

First time to Tenerife very enjoyable would come back again hotel was good clean good selection of food and staff very friendly as we came in December it wold have been nice if ghee where extra blankets as it did get cold at night apart from that our stay was very enjoyable

Mittelklassehotel mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Hotelanlage ist recht nett, da sie sich wohltuend von den Riesenbauten an der Küste unterscheidet. Um das Wohlfeeling zu optimieren, wären einige Verbesserungen notwendig. Die Matratzen in meinem Zimmer waren sehr durchgelegen. Durch die fehlende Klimaanlage hat sich die Hitze im Zimmer gestaut und konnte auch durch Lüften mittels der kleinen Terrassentür und des Ventilators an der Decke nicht aus dem Zimmer vertrieben werden. Die Bänke und Stühle im Speisesaal müssten dringend neu gepolstert werden. Das Personal an der Reception als auch im Speisesaal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der Pool war recht klein und durch lärmende und planschende (Klein-)kinder für Erwachsene nicht sehr attraktiv. Positiv ist die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Promenade und nahe der Strände, der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch des Busbahnhofs zu bewerten.

Hotel was on the middle of a hill which didn't bother us but maybe others. Food not too good but you wouldn't starve. Staff are fantastic and make a real effort.

Close to everything you want for a good holiday . Small hotel and pool area (beware of the pool rush for the beds) . Not suitable for young families as most of guests are aged . But if you want a quiet relaxing holiday and dont mind the early morning cue for the sun beds , this hotel is ideal.

Nice small Hotel in a good position .

Excellent check in,really friendly and efficient staff.Given a two bedroom,two bathroom apartment,very clean.The MAJOR downside was no air conditioning only a fan in the lounge and a fan in ONE of the bedrooms only,nothing in the second bedroom. The food was well presented but only luke warm.no variation at breakfast.

Shocking Hotel, wish i'dd never booked it.

Small hotel but customers crammed in, no air conditioning in the rooms so very very hot !! Pool side paving cracked and lifting and dangerous for kids. A child was sick in the pool one day and neither the lifeguard nor the staff rushed to clear the swimmers out and it was left to us to warn people to get out. On another incident faecal matters (excrement) were floating in the pool and again no rush to clean. Noisy neighbours above young children trying to sleep at 2am and even after 3 alerts to staff on 3 following nights resulted in no warnings and was left to family members to knock the door and confront. Some of the female staff were excellent and without fault as was the German guy behind the desk (he was excellent) but Pedro was a waste of time and promised so much and delivered absolutely nothing. The Hovima does not accept cash payments for food/drink/etc anywhere on the premises and everything is put on the room bill which can lend you to run away with spending.
