From the street, you enter through a front terrace onto the ground floor of the home, where you’ll find a spacious and bright living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher that opens onto the dining area via a breakfast bar, a half-bath, and a furnished terrace with beautiful views of La Gomera.
On the ground floor is the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.50 m), an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the sea, the neighbouring island of La Gomera, and the pool area, as well as a second bedroom, also with a double bed (1.50 m).The property has its own parking space.
The solarium, the main unheated pool (6 x 16 m² with a depth of 1.10–1.50), and an additional children’s pool are shared community facilities.
The small sandy beach at Callao Salvaje is about a 10–15-minute walk away, and a small supermarket and a few restaurants are about 7 minutes away. It is an ideal holiday home for families and individual travellers looking to spend a peaceful holiday in the south of the island, away from mass tourism.


Hosting events and parties, as well as allowing guests not included in the reservation, is strictly prohibited. We also ask that you respect the neighbors’ peace and quiet by not making noise after 10:00 p.m.

Groups of young people under the age of 20 are not permitted.
We do not allow pets.
