Blanca New apartment, 2 bedrooms

Wonderful apartment in the heart of the Costa de Adeje in the South of Tenerife. The apartment is a ground floor that has two rooms. One with a double bed and one with a standard bunk bed (the bunk bed is not intended for very large adults). Full bathroom with shower. The rest of the accommodation is an open area where there is a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, etc.), a dining area with space for six people and the living room, where there is also a sofa bed (designed for one adult or maximum two small children) and TV.

The residence does not have private parking. It has no views. It does not have a balcony or terrace. The pool is about 50 meters inside the complex. The large window that you see in the photos belongs to the front door.

The accommodation is located in a residential complex that has a communal pool

The complex is close to all the necessary services. Shops, bars, restaurants and pubs. Also close to public transport and a few minutes walk from the nearest beaches.

Property is in a good location walking distance into town centres. Communication was straight forward, host is responsive. The apartment is massively outdated & insect infested. All over the counters in the cupboards you can just see insects running around. Staying in the property you just feel dirty. The bathroom shower drain is blocked and the toilet seat just slides off. Pool area is nice and modern.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for a month, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. I would give it a solid 4-star rating.Firstly, the apartment was clean, cozy, and felt very safe throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the effort that had gone into making the space inviting and comfortable for us. As we were working remotely during this period, we were thrilled to find that the Wi-Fi was consistently strong, boasting about 100 mbps which allowed us to effortlessly take video calls without any interruptions.However, we did encounter a minor issue regarding the cleaning supplies. There weren't any provided, which made it a little challenging for us to maintain the apartment's cleanliness during our stay. This was not a significant inconvenience, but it would have been great if basic cleaning supplies had been readily available.In summary, we had a delightful experience in this apartment and would highly recommend it to others.

L'appartamento aveva tutto ciò promesso dall'annuncio, abbastanza pulito con tutto il necessario. La posizione é leggermente scomoda per andare da qualsiasi parte bisogna camminare almeno 10/15min. L'host é stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Le uniche cose che non ci sono piaciute sono: l'entrata dell'appartamento é un finestrone che da su una strada interna, fortunatamente non frequentata; altra cosa non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina perché in riparazione e questa informazione c'è stata fornita solo al check in. Tutto sommato il nostro soggiorno é andato bene.

También tenía lavadora y un buen aire acondicionado que en estos días de mucho calor es importante. Hay aparcamiento por la zona, cerca del apartamento.Lo único es que el desagüe de la ducha está algo atascado, eso es un punto importante que deben solucionar.La piscina está cerrada hasta final de agosto, pero el anfitrión nos ofreció el acceso a otra piscina de otro complejo cercano si lo deseábamos, no es lo más idóneo pero se agradece la intención de ofrecernos la alternativa.
