The staff were amazing. I have never stayed at a hotel with such kind thoughtful and helpful staff. The reception desk were incredibly helpful, friendly and engaging. I had a problem with my room and was upgraded without me even asking, Room service was very quick and helpful. Please send my thanks to the staff

All of the staff service encountered was excellent, from check in to restaurants! They were friendly, professional, & effecient! Even the lady working in the little gift store kiosks was amazing! Food in bar lounge area & sit down restaurant was delicious, especially liked the buffets, served a lot of different foods & choices! Rooms were nice & clean! The rooms run on the small Side! The airport transportation drivers were great, especially Esra ! I would recommend asking for him! Esra and the other driver ( can’t remember his name now) were very flexible and really appreciated! We would definitely stay at Best Western Plus again & highly recommend it!

Great live music, arsenal/mancity match on multiple screens, extremely helpful and friendly staff, good restaurant. Given the situation in Addis and the state of emergency across the nation, this was an altogether lovely stay, particularly due to the staff - thanks for the help, Sera!

Best "Worst" Western I have ever stayed at.
This hotel is in DIRE need of upgrades. The restaurant on the 1st floor is nothing less than SHOCKING. The food is terrible and the service is no better. They should take Asian food off their menu, as they have NO IDEA how to even make chicken in egg fried rice - theirs is Breyani. You get better food at the bar downstairs, albeit you have to wait over an hour for your order. 4 - star - I THINK NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Three years ago, l was at your respected hotel celebrating my 80th birthday. Again was back on this year to celebrate my graceful 83th birthday. Upon my arrival to the reception, Mrs. Meseret has welcomed me with a nice smile. I wondered if she has remembered my 3 years ago stay at the hotel. I stayed two nights in a well furnished room, and the nice bed and the white pillows added peace of mind to my sleeping hours. The next morning, while i was having some breakfast, the staff ( Kenona, Meron, Hiwot, Biruk, Biruk and Yohannes) surprised me with a birthday cake. I was so excited and felt special. I appreciate the staff for their generosity and sincerere feelings. Than you all, i had a pleasent stay at the hotel. Andarge

Great service and location, free airport shuttle and plenty to do on-site. Take a room on the street to avoid noise from HVAC on back rooms.

The location is ideal -it is in center of everything ( restaurant, bars, shopping center etc) Staffs are friendly and happy to help. Breakfast is NOT included when you book online! we were asked to pay $20 per person for a day which is kind of ridiculous for breakfast. Most hotels offer free breakfast. I will recommend the hotel for its location and friendly staff.

The hotel is located in a lot of restaurants and 10min drive to museums parks. The room was outdated but staff made our stay amazing. Everyone was very tentative, helpful and welcoming! We really enjoyed our stay!

We arrived at the hotel shortly after 9:00 am after a long transAtlantic flight. We were allowed to check into our room at 11:00 and the hotel allowed us to store our luggage and shuttle back and forth to the airport after checking out. The spa is a lovely facility and was made available to us after check. Everyone was kind and helpful. I will stay here in the future and recommend the hotel to anyone who needs accommodations in Addis with convenient access to the airport.

The staff here was phenomenal. From the moment i engaged Azeb in the airport the staff gave phenomenal service. I had an issue at the bar area and zechadddis helped as well as the food and beverage manager. My air didnt work and rahel at the front desk was very accomdsting. The staff makes this place a great place to stay. The area is great with the exception of the beggars and pickpockets. Everything is right there so definitely prime location i would stay there again
