"The property was beautifully situated and well appointed. Our only concern was the lack of any hot water in our room. Despite bringing this to the attention of hotel staff twice on Tuesday Sep 26, nothing was done about it. At check out, I again raised my concern. I was told that no other guest had been concerned about lack of hot water. They thus implied that we just didn't know how to turn the hot water on and were essentially "dismissed". I found this insulting and coloured what is otherwise...

"This property.is in the oerfect location but there is almost no parking for guests. Communication with staff eas poor as they failed to explain that in advance and were vety rude both on the phone and upon arrival. Room.was extremely small with no night tables and cleaning was poor. Toilet was dirty upon our arrival and cleaners forgot to give us towels. The bar on the top of the hotel is fantastic and the service and food up there great. Also there are many steps to get to reception so...
