"What a beautiful property with an amazing staff! The hospitality is the best we have ever had on our travels throughout Italy. The stay on the property revolves around the dining experience, which is traditional Sicilian cuisine. There are multiple pools that would be amazing to lounge by in the summer months. Access to nearby beaches, significant landmarks and beautiful towns, is simple but requires renting a car. I cannot praise the staff more for their kindness and hospitality. They made...

"Positives: - reception staff are extremely welcoming and helpful - the main pool is great - variety of food options at dinner buffet Negatives: - breakfast / dinner / poolside service is terrible, inefficient and chaotic (tables not cleared, food not replenished, no knives and forks etc) - management issue not the fault of any of the servers - generally quite dated look to the resort - rooms are too dark - no water to shower one evening - overpriced "
