This is an ultra-modern apartment in a very secured and neat environment 10 minutes from the Kotoka Airport. This apartment comes with a massive hall that is fully furnished attached with a separate bedroom ensuite. It features an open concept kitchen that is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine (dry-clean), microwave, cutlery etc. It is not without a balcony with a panoramic view of the garden and city view.

Don't stay here.

The property is not the same property in photos. Property was not clean and had roaches. Property manager had to talk with owner and the process was not efficient. No refund provided for the uncleanliness.
