The A/C in the master room was broken, liquiando, el personal de manager me ofrecieron una disculpa con comida y bebidas gratis que no cumplieron, mucho hostigamiento de parte de los vendedores que quieren hacerlo socio.. no descanse nada, con la tension de los promotores. pague mucho y no es la gran cosa. la comida horrible el butfe era comida recalentada horrible... para todo le hacen firmar como que si uno no fuera a pagar... hostigue

I stayed at this place with my family it was amazing so I decided to book again the villa we got was very ugly everything falling apart only the AC was working good old villa very bad

Ive stayed here a few times now. My kids love the slides in the pool area. I love the fact that they give you 2 breakfast but it should really be a breakfast for the whole rest of the people staying in youre villa. Makes no sense to have 2 breakfast included and have to pay for 2 more since we are 4. Other then that its a great place to stay, especially the access to the beach is a plus.

Paid for a luxury villa and they tried sticking us in the smallest one bedroom. No coffee in rooms but had coffee machines, had to pay for towel service at the pools but they ran out of towels for the day, tried bringing our towels from the room and they refused us entry even though they had no towels left , 1 hour wait at the restaurants, confusing signs around resort to find our way around. Over all nice resort but they need to work on a lot of things to make it as good as it should be.

Staff at the reception were very unfriendly and not welcoming. Food at restaurant was terrible, and only 3 choices of soda drinks were included; but not water, no milk. I had to pay separately for water. There were street dogs and cats all over the restaurant who followed us around every time we tried to get another table to eat our food. The toilet in the women's bathroom by the pool area was broken, there was plenty of sand in the pools. There were no towels in our room, so I had to call to request them and they said they had no towels available and that I had to wait. I got my towels to finally get a shower at 10pm after they hung up on me. The temperature of the shower water was hot enough to give a burn to my two kids respectively. It was a very disappointing experience. I don't understand how YOU at expedia.com could sell and recommend this place to your customers , now i will really have to be desperate to buy through you as a company since you don't look after your customers and expose us to experience bad food, horrible customer service (with the exception of Saul, supervisor at the restaurant who was kind enough to listen to my concerns about the food and the dogs) and faulty organization. The $200 per room plus the $88 for dinner was a really waste of my money and my time.

Accommodations were ok, few things are old but works. The restaurant food was terrible and expensive for dinner buffet $22 us , quality of the food is terrible and not many food choices. Breakfast the same food terrible overpriced $16 us . We had to clean our own tables and chairs. They wanted to pay for my breakfast before we eaten. Food is served in plastic containers, coffee is like tea, orange juice is not juice. They keep asking for my name and room number several times when I told them I was going to pay for my meals right away!!!! . Not recommended to my friends

This was an incredible place. Our bungalow was grand. It even had a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and refrigerator. / Éste era un lugar increíble. Nuestro bungalow era grandioso. Incluso tenía cafetera, microondas, horno tostador y nevera.

I give this hotel a 2 star, it is a very old hotel, we had a problem with the cleanliness of the water in the bathrooms, but the best thing was the service of the employees, they were very professional and attentive to us, and they solved the problem of the water we had by moving us to a better room.

The restaurant staff are very friendly & polite and fantastic beach view But, I did not like: 1. Poor internet connection; 2. The hotel room phone did not work properly; 3. No room service unless you pay $3.00 and you pick it up; 4. Due to recent thunderstorms, no street signs that the roads are flooded within the hotel premises; 5. No Uber or taxi services. 6. The hotel receptionist are uncaring and rude employees who require additional training. Needless to say, I won’t be back,

Its a great place if you want to be around the beaches of Sonsonate and relax in the Cobanos beach. It has access to the beach and has about 3 pools with one for kids, it has a ship with waterslides. They include breakfast but only for 2 so if you have a family of 4 you will have to pay for the rest of the breakfast. Overall the villa we stayed in was clean and felt like home, had a hammock and patio set outside to relax. Definitely recommend this place for familys.

The overall property is nice except rooms are old and A/C broke on my first night took a whole day for them to try and fix instead of just giving me another room for my $$$, second room was ok until I took a shower and all the water wouldn’t drain clogged up shower so disgusting! The girl at check in didn’t provide proper instructions to my villa and got lost until I finally figured it out which took me driving around for 45 minutes. During my stay I was at the bar and my bartender left to watch the soccer game at the main restaurant I told his partner that I wanted a frozen drink he could care less he just looked from a distance and kept watching his game his name is Oscar btw! Never going back!!! The beach was nice awesome view but won’t be back at all!! Beware of the pushers trying to get you to buy membership man they nag and don’t even let you have dinner I had to leave and go out of the complex and get real food as their food is all continental food

The villas were beautiful and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and beach area is nice but the pool had ticks in it and the beach area is very small. Also, the eating area needs fans to alleviate the heat and keep the flies away.

The food was gross, there’s no other way to describe it. We left the day we arrived ( and we had a two day stay). I lost my money because I didn’t want my family to get sick. I usually don’t make a post like this but I had to do it.

Not to our expectations and comfort ;;;; Beds and room are comfortable. Your bathroom is very uncomfortable small, shower is not good condition, no shampoo. Your wall are degrading and peeling, things are not being maintained, door are cracked and peeling....things need to be maintained

Great staff and the villas are well equipped! Only downfall was the really loud music around the pool and restaurant area, they should really get that taken care of because it’s difficult to have a conversation.

The resort was reseanable, the bed was king size and confortable, the food was okay. The roads to the villas were very narrow, look more for bicycles than for cars.
