She guides you about the city and you can approach her with any questions and she gets back to you right away. One of the best host I have experienced. Will definitely recommend to stay here. Every time I needed assistance or recommendations for places nearby, they were consistently professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Their dedication to high standards of hospitality truly enhanced my experience.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight of my stay. It offered a wide variety of delicious and highly nutritious options, including fresh fruits, hot dishes, assorted drinks, and delightful desserts. The quality and selection exceeded my expectations and provided a perfect start to each day.
Overall, Hotel Europe is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Sarajevo. I had a wonderful experience and fully intend to stay there again during my upcoming visit."

"A lovely 9 room boutique hotel just across the Latin Bridge.
Nice and clean with a lovely breakfast buffet situated in their basement. There is no lift but the hotel is fantastic in every other respect in terms of cleanliness , facilities and location. They will help book transport to and from the hotel ( 30 euros) . The location is perfect - a few minutes walk over the Latin Bridge and you are in the Old Town with dozens of things to see and visit, as well as many many dining options . From the hotel - its 10 minutes walk to the cable cars. Thank you to Ornament Hotel for making our stay a wonderful one and inshallah we will visit soon."
