"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

The bedrooms have been partially renovated but there is much to be done and there is a need for a deep clean and a repair and repaint of the rooms. "As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue. The property is lovely and is finished to a premium standard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked good, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. "I have stayed in countless hotels over the years but The Sir Christopher Wren has to be one of the best . The location was perfect, all of the staff were friendly and helpful and the food both at breakfast and for evening meals was top quality. I can`t find a single thing I wasn`t happy with.
