"Hotel was ideally placed for access to the city centre. The room was clean and tidy. Shower is great. Sports Bar downstairs was lively, but not intrusive.
Food was lovely, however, staff were a bit slow."

"We were a group of 10, grandparents kids and teenage grandkids. This was perfect for us to give us all space after a crowded week in London. Masood was extremely kind accommodating to all our needs. Grocery nearby as well as another shop that sold great pastries. Close to the train station, we walked less than 10 minutes."

"There was a wee problem with the room cleanliness when we arrive a tablet and some paper just under the edge of bed but this was quickly rectified ! "
"The room was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful. The bed wasextremly comfortable and afforded me a great sleep. Its only a short walk into the city centre which makes it very convenient for those using public transport. Ther"
"Excellent base for an overnight stay as directly opposite the train station and Union Square shopping centre for food and shops.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotless.
Our room (230) was huge and very clean. Bathroom was nice and modern. Furniture was a bit of a,mismatch but perfectly functional. Only downside was the roasting hot radiator that wouldn't turn down.
Would definitely recommend and will stay here again. "
"Hotel nice and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Limited hotel parking so book that in advance, but there is a good multi-story car park just 100 yards away which is reasonably priced if there is no space at the hotel."
