Nice but loud at night

The hotel is very central. The room was clean, warm and cosy. The only problem was the window that wouldn't fully close and because of the location it was really loud at night.

The hotel carpets were dirty the hotel is in need of a good clean and badly needs painted. Cracked wash hand basin in room 210. The person on reception was friendly and helpful.

Helpfull staff, small twin room with small tv. Shower holder broken got to hold shower head in your hand. Lock on door very flimsy doesn't inspire confidence. Great location. Could be a really good hotel.

Ideal budget hotel in a great city centre location. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and even allowed us to avail of a late check out. Rooms have everything you could need and cannot be faulted for the price.

Very good room

Very good spacious ensuite room. Very clean and quiet. The hotel is located in the city centre so is very convenient for amenities and attractions. Highly recommended.

Adam, the hotel staff, was really helpful. He provided the things that we needed for our stay, and upgraded us to a quiet room as we were so tired and needed a good night's sleep. The room was lovely and large. Thanks for a great stay!

Room was great, plenty of space. Didnt realise until later that a foreign kickboxing team was staying on the same floor.... or thats the impression I got. Maybe some rooms are rented out as multiple occupancy!!

Our initial room looked very old and the lights weren't working, but the guy working in reception swapped us to another room which was so much nicer and modern. Also most of the time there was no one at reception, so we had to call a number to contact the guy, who did help us with our problem very quickly.

Don’t go of the rating. This hotel for 1 night is perfect clean bedding clean room amazing staff (Adam) yes Adam from Adam and Eve :) everything was fine highly recommend for a nights stay when you need to be safe clean and comfortable. The shower is like a jet engine taking off amazing!!!!!!

This time I met eve. (But I slightly expect it was still Adam.). Staff amazing like always. Unfortunately the room wasn’t a hit this time but that’s my fault I’m just too much to handle for the Matress in that room :). But as always hotel is perfect for one night :).

My stay was okay, when I arrived at my room there wasn’t any towels I did request at reception for some towels, I was told someone would be at my room with some shortly but I never received any! I’ve stayed here before and they staff have always been very helpful not sure what happened this time!

The staff were lovely and polite, put us in a room on the first floor as the lifts weren’t working and were available via text message when we needed them. The room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. It is near a busy street so there was a lot of noise from outside but I’m a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother me. It’s definitely worth the price for a few nights in the city when travelling on a tight budget.
