"We spent 2 nights each before and after a cruise. Enjoyed the hotel, nice seaside location. Good breakfast, had some food in the bar that was good. Subash made a delicious espresso martini in the Churchill Room. First visit we had a 1st floor room with a balcony, 2nd visit was a rather small room on the 4th floor. Not sure why we got one over the other, but if you can get the 1st floor. Didn’t have a Nespresso on the 4th, but did on the 1st, again not sure why. Lots of good eateries nearby."

"Abbots Cliff House was perfect for every generation of our family. Elderly parents on the ground floor with a level access en-suite and a beautiful bedroom for everyone else to fight over. I got the master suite with a balcony overlooking the sea view. The layout and modern kitchen was perfect to host family & friends with the hot tub as an added bonus. The home has everything you could need and Stephen is on hand and very helpful. We all had a fantastic stay."

"Good accommodation for a multi generation family get together. There were 6 adults and 4 children in our group and we had another 7 adults over for the Friday evening, it worked well. Hot tub loved by by the younger members.Plentiful supply of glasses and plates and cutlery (often lacking in rentals) Very welcoming and friendly hosts."

"Margaret was incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on how to navigate the city and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants. The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was very spacious, the couch was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. After a full day of walking around Dover, this was a very special retreat. The views are just amazing. We will plan a trip to spend more time with Margaret."
