Hotels.com states that Premier inn locations have elevators and are handicap accessible. That is 100% not the case, they do not have elevators, and are not handicap accessible. It is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that has an hdmi output in wall so you can connect a laptop or roku device with ease. In the states they try to make that process impossible with hotel remotes that will not change the source. "
