"My husband I and our daughter booked this hotel online to go see the NY Islanders the weekend of April 11th and 12th We chose this hotel due to it being close to the arena and stating online it’s a 13 minute walk. Upon arriving to the hotel it looks nothing like the pictures and it is not really safe to walk to the arena unless you want to cross highways, etc. Upon arriving, the clerk at the desk would not even acknowledge us. She was on a facetime or a phone call on speaker because she continued her conversation with this person the entire time. I said we are checking in. The response I got was ID. Then waiting for minutes while she continued her conversation. Then asked you have a car – fill this out this card. Then hands us a room key with the number. The entire time she is in a full blown conversation. Upon entering the room, the smell of cigarette smoke was terrible. We booked a non smoking room but you can tell that the smoke smell was embedded in the room. It was so bad we knew there was no way we could stay 2 nights. My husband went to front desk to ask if we could cancel the room for Sunday night. We were denied any refund. After going to dinner there a male clerk sprayed the room for us but it did nothing. We got up the next day and left as soon as we could drove home 3 hours after the night game and took showers as the smell was in our hair, etc. The next day I had to wash everything in the suitcases and air them out!"

"My stay was excellent. Studio is small but is equipped with EVERYTHING necessary. Great bang for your buck! Quite clean and cozy. The host was amazing, communicated promptly and assisted whenever necessary! Definitely would recommend you consider booking your next stay here. "

"Parking lot is small and spot late is a roll of dice. The floor i was on was supposed to be no smoking but the floor smelt like smoking seams they dont check or enforce. The room was a basic bed and bullcrap tv. The bed squeeked loud . There was no breakfast at this place . When i said you people advertise you have breakfast i came down to find a cheap coffee machine tiny cup and a powder cream. I go and express what i paid and what i have for my money was a joke then the response of the guy that helped me was just to tell me its ok alright i hear you i said really for the lies about breakfast on a sunday nothing open thats your response. His response is to try to respond to me to tell me to take it easy and this hotel needs to get it together. Then i get told they stopped breakfast after covid i said that was almost 6 years ago man he goes hear i got a new creamer this is the coffee machine helped me press a button on the machine and walked away. And the coffee was garbage. Unless you can get this hotel for under 100 for a room just to sleep for the night dont waste your time find another place"

"Perfect place for our needs. Easy check-in process. The unit itself was clean and tidy. Nothing fancy but everything is new. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and the kitchen had almost everything we needed for a week long stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood and the tenant above was quiet and respectful. Only things that might be improved would be purchasing a regular coffer maker (Great Espresso Machine but love my drip coffee!) and a few more table lamps / lighting in addition to the overhead lights. We would recommend it highly if you are looking for a simple, clean and modern apartment in a convenient location. "

"My stay was far from what i expected. When i arrived at the location i gained access easily following host instructions. However before entering i was not happy that i could see straight inside as there weren't any curtains at glass entry door. Upon gaining access and walked throughout the apartment there was an open hole in the bedroom drywall. I contacted the host who apologized for his maintenance team. However when i entered the kitchen i was totally in shock to see mice droppings in drawers and on counter top. I immediately contacted the host who blamed his cleaning company. The host sent two workers who unfortunately only camr to vacuum the droppings and left me with mice glue traps. Waking up to the squealing of mice caught on the traps was nerve-wracking. I shared photos with the host. This is not a good place to stay."

"The shower water doesn't really get hot, possible that's an issue with the handle, given that it comes right off. Wifi password didn't work for me either. I'd recommend making the password custom and shorter. Place was nice overall and in a great location given the proximity to the arena "
