"Furniture was not clean. Couch looked like it needed to be thrown away as it was stained brown (light gray couch). I killed 4 small cockroaches in my room during my two nights. Bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable with a spring poking out. No amenities in room - not even a plastic cup for water. Would not stay there again. "

"I couldn’t leave any other reviews because unfortunately I didn’t stay overnight here due to them overbooking my room and not letting me know ahead of time. Even though I called earlier that day (after messaging them through the Hotels app) and spoke to front desk asking if it was ok that I checked in after Disneyland closed and they told me yes, and they would leave a note in my file. Getting to the hotel shortly after 11pm, I did the entire check in process, paid for my 1king bed suite, and initialing paperwork I saw they had me in a 2 double bed room. I asked if this was correct because I booked a king with sofa bed suite for my 3 kids husband and myself. The front desk told me that was not what they had for me, and after further investigation saw that someone from the hotel staff just switched my room and didn’t communicate that with me before hand. Even when I called the hotel earlier and gave them my name, even when they did the switch, they should have called, and no one alerted me. Front desk apologized and said this was 100% the hotels fault and gave me the Manager, Rosie’s, direct line. They would be issuing me a refund since they could not accommodate me and my stay. They also charged me a king suite price for a double bed room, which I don’t believe is right either. I tried calling the hotel yesterday because I saw that the charge did in fact go through and the extension provided was saying it was invalid. Horrible experience and has now unlocked a new fear for me"

"It was ok. I did make a recommendation for the stairs on the E entrance my son is blind with very little vision. They have marked all the steps with yellow tape but not the top step he almost fell several times until leaning the steps. Also why no fans in the bathroom? My only other complaint is that I have asked for my invoice by phone and in person still yet to receive. "
