"Nice hotel, would stay again. A no frills option but was clean and the beds were comfortable."

"Staff were very helpful and courteous. Family suite in Building 1 was comfortable and clean. Great location with reasonably short walk to Disneyland entrance. Only significant disappointment was that my son found pool and splash pad water were not heated enough for him to enjoy. We visited in February and the high temperatures that week were low to mid 70s. And we disagree with their hot tub rules which require adult to actually be in hot tub (with child thru age 14) and not just nearby or has their feet dipped in tub ...even though there is a lifeguard right there! Our son is 11. But overall, would consider staying there again if visiting Disney."

"For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again. It was kind of run down, our room was kind of dingy, the water doesn’t get super hot, and I’m pretty sure there was blood splatter on the curtains and carpet. My husband and I joked that someone may have unalived themselves in our room to make light of it lol. I will say though that the location is great, it’s right around the corner from Disneyland. The staff was awesome and so was the free breakfast offered."

"Found pills on the floor, got moved to a new room. New room had mold behind the mirrors and bed frame. The towels smelled like they’ve been sitting in a musty room for a long time. It’s a very cute hotel in photos but maybe it was just my experience that was awful. "

"Really enjoyed the location to Disney but the room was very dusty. There was a lot of visible dust on the headboard, ceiling, tv and surfaces. It was tough for us to breath. The tv didn’t work- it turned on but we couldn’t watch anything, the screen would go black. The beds were clean and comfortable. "

"A great hotel for a big island stay. Rooms we're clean and the staff was great about house keeping etc. The veiw was absolutely amazing (I guess you'd need a ocean side room). Luau's are offered, and are totally worth the price. There's two pool areas, one is a standard pool with ocean side views (and drinks!). The other is more of a ocean tide pool (lots of fish and critters!). One of the best vacations I've had and this place made it all the better. "

"Hotel feels older and dingy. Soft bed to sleep, close to Disney parking entrance, nice front desk attendants, but don’t expect too much. Parking is scant and cramped if you arrive late. Included breakfast is just granola bars. Too expensive for what it is. "
