"It’s a good hotel to stay at . Very close to Disney and they offer a shuttle there and back . The only thing is you do need to pay for parking each day for staying at the hotel . The beds were comfortable, the room is fine . They do need more charging station, they only had wall . They do need to refill the shampoo , conditioner and body wash . Overall the hotel is a nice one to stay at . "

"Everyone was so friendly from the beginning to end! Such a beautiful room! It felt like a mini apartment my family of 6 fit perfectly! The kids loved the bunk beds! The Disney touch is also amazing! The Disney park is only 15 minute walk and there is also a bus that picks you up at the front of the hotel and drops you right in front of the park! I will be returning to stay here for our next Disney trip! "

"Stayed here for my daughter‘s birthday for a Disneyland trip. Room was spacious and clean a little outdated but good enough for a family stay. Staff was helpful and attentive. Parking was free but limited. Was only an eight minute drive from Disneyland. Overall enjoyed our stay :) "

"Clean, comfortable rooms and bedding. Extremely friendly staff. Great location to Disneyland. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the noise. The walls are paper thin and I could hear children screaming on my final night. I could also hear every time someone rolled suitcases above and below me (I was on the 4th floor). Luckily I travel with a sound machine and the rooms have a fan setting so, as long as you like white noise, this is a perfect location/hotel."

"The hotel package I bought included access to the Terrace, but I couldn’t use it because that was close . . My daughter uses a wheelchair, and she wanted to show her the Disney lights, which are a great attraction. The photos on the website don’t show the hotel as it really is. It looks old and neglected. The price is too high, and the customer service is bad."
