"For the amount that we paid for this, I was expecting something not great. Boy was I shocked when we drove into the parking lot and the property is right on the lake. When we got into our room, we found a balcony that overlooked the water with great views of the sunset. When we drove in, I thought this was a bit out of the way to find out. We were only eight minutes from everything in town. It was a great day. The staff were wonderful. We loved going to the zoo tickets, which came with our room for free. "

"Great for family with kids, this is 4th time we always visit during October or winter time. Its a great deal hotel and amusement parks are free, hotel is ok has all the necesseties free parking, clean, kids love it. Its a great gataway for few days, next time i should visit during summer time since has more outdoor activities. During winter time it has indoor pool with few slides and rotating slide also indoor theme with games for kids. Overall is worth it"

"I wish they would specify better on which hotel that you are staying at because they have so many I loved the room it was spacious and clean. I communicated with the front desk through text, which was very convenient. The only problem I had was getting lost, trying to get back to my room. I stopped and asked a couple of the workers that was outside of a room looking at videos on a phone she gave me the wrong directions, and I ended back up on the floor that I originally was on. I told her that was not the right way she started being very rude I could not understand what she said her name was because I did ask it sounded like it started with a S she has a accent. I was just asking for help there was no reason to be rude."
