"Could not ask for a better location. Beautiful building. Don’t expect large rooms like you are staying in a big American hotel. Beautiful rooms with exactly what you need. Right next to the metro and Luxembourg gardens. AC was great. Staff were helpful and stored our bags for few hours after checkout and ordered us a taxi to our train station."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were satisfied with most aspects of the hotel. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were a few disappointing points. We noticed very small insects in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. The bed was also extremely low, and the mattress was worn out and sagging, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. We stayed in a Junior Suite, so we were surprised that complimentary bottled water and minibar items were not included. In addition, the hotel’s restaurant was not operating during our stay. Although we were given vouchers for a nearby restaurant, we found both the restaurant and the menu to be quite disappointing. Aside from these issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the overall service and atmosphere. With a few improvements, this hotel could offer an even better guest experience."

"Clean room, friendly staff, room air conditioned which was good as Paris was very hot. Didn't have the breakfast because the hotel was located close to many cafes. There was an onsite cafe which was good. Hotel had a good location close to Jardin de Luxembourg, The Pantheon and about 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame. Close to bus routes and metro stations. No problems, all good."

"We arrived in Paris during what felt like one of the hottest days on record, with temperatures reaching around 104°F (40°C). Before our trip, we specifically chose this hotel because it advertised air conditioning. We weren’t expecting record-breaking heat, but we did want a comfortable place to return to after exploring the city. That decision turned out to be one of the best we made. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and we were able to set the room to as low as 19°C, providing a welcome escape from the intense heat outside. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and spoke both French and English, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel itself was very clean, and our room was spotless. Everything was in excellent working order, and it was clear the property is well maintained. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including a small in-room coffee machine with coffee replenished daily, as well as complimentary bottled water. Those little touches made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Between the outstanding air conditioning, the cleanliness, the attentive staff, and the comfortable room, this hotel exceeded our expectations. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Paris, especially if you’re during the warm months!"
