"The hotel is 5 stars and live to that standard, I booked a one bedroom apprtment with a kitchen that yoy can use for samll cookign or just heating leftovers like i did. The satff arw super super friendly, i know that you might thing that is true for allot of hotels but for me the staff of this hotel as a whole are the second best staff from all the hotel i stayed in. the location is great next to a small mall that has the necessary things you might need."

"We loved our stay. Family friendly hotel. The staff was very polite and friendly. Our room was spacious, and clean. The only thing is that smoking is allowed everywhere in the pool area, even infront of the kids pool! I guess that is more of a cultural thing but I find it very disappointing that adults dont care about kids well-being. Other than that I would highly recommend it and we will definitely stay here again. "

"Great stay, staff are brilliant & friendly and really helpful. One of the pools was closed which I wasn't aware when I made the booking but it wasn't much of a problem for us. Only negative for me is that if you have allergies or dietary requirements then they struggle to cater, The coffee shop didn't have any options for us and no alternative milk to dairy either. I had to check every item and list everything as many of the stuff didn't understand what Vegan was and my children have allergies...
